AmberFin Appoints Mike Harris as Sales Director for Nor Americas Eastern Region

AmberFin, a leading developer of file-based media ingest, transcoding and quality control solutions for content owners, broadcasters, sports organizations and post-production houses has today announced the appointment of Mike Harris as Regional Sales Director for the Eastern region in the US and Canada. In his new role, Harris will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with major networks, studios and broadcasters, further expanding AmberFins position and presence in North America.

Harris brings over 20 years experience in the IT and broadcast industry, having most recently worked for Avid Technology where he was Key Account Manager, responsible for sales of Avids entire product line of Storage, Editing, Graphics and News systems to top tier East Coast Cable Networks and Network Owned and Operated Stations. He previously worked for SGI, Harris and HP.
