Middle Atlantic Rolls Out FlexView Conferencing Cart with Integrated Vaddio HuddleSHOT Camera

Middle Atlantic and Vaddio have joined forces to combine FlexView Conferencing Carts with HuddleSHOT FC camera systems, creating a mobile conferencing center that just needs a display and a laptop or PC to join your Microsoft Teams or Zoom video meeting.

By integrating the HuddleSHOT FC camera right into the front panel of the cart at the factory, dealers save time and money on an all-in-one videoconferencing solution that gives users the flexibility they want as we return to hybrid work and education.

People are using spaces they wouldn't have traditionally used for groups so they can spread out, said Paul Cords, Director of Sales and Product Management, Vaddio. If you want everyone on camera while remaining socially distant, the wide-angle lens on the HuddleSHOT is the answer. The robust speakers and professional built-in microphones assure everyone is clearly heard in the room as well as the folks on the other side of the call.

The FlexView has pre-defined camera locations (36 and 42 above the floor), and with a simple rotation of the front panel the camera can be higher or lower to support various screen sizes (up to 75 ). This important customization element in the cart makes it an easy choice for mass deployments across campuses and corporate offices.

Since the brands of Legrand | AV joined together in 2019, customers have been expecting more fully integrated multi-brand solutions, noted Paul Dolynchuk, Director of Product Management, Middle Atlantic. He added this is the first of several fully integrated solutions coming out in the next few quarters.

Designed with feedback from users, the sleek white finish fits modern aesthetics. The solution comes out of the box fully assembled to save time and headaches. It also includes leveling feet for more permanent installations.

Like other FlexView carts, there is 2RU of vertical mounting and tool free Lever Lock small device mounting for common collaboration hardware like Zoom Room and Microsoft Teams Rooms devices. The scalloped base leaves access unimpeded for ADA compliance with touchscreen use.

HuddleSHOT FC comes with the same great features associated with the Vaddio series:

PoE+ powers up the HuddleSHOT FC and reduces cable clutter. And with the free Vaddio Deployment Tool, you can manage the HuddleSHOT FC (as well as any other Vaddio cameras on your network) remotely. Integrate seamlessly with major cloud-based conferencing applications.

Fully customize the cart with optional accessories like 15' power cord and/or 20' Cat6 retractors, a shelf to hold anything from control system touch panels, directions or pens and pencils.
