At this year's IBC Show Simplylive will present their full product portfolio in hall 3, stand B19. The company will showcase the latest developments in their wide range of innovative products at IBC Show including the award-winning ViBox production system. With its modular approach consisting of 3 hardware models combined with one common backend software, the eco-system offers four different applications: an all-in-one live production system, a slow-motion and playback solution, a video referee system or a master recording and streaming solution. For the first time in Europe, Simplylive will show their new addition to the product family - the Mini versions.

The Mini is the new compact and powerful member of the ViBox product family. For all applications, such as the ViBox live production system, SloMo or Ref&Box there is a Mini version available with 4 or 8 channels. This portable, high-quality solution makes it even easier to dip into live productions. With its small form-factor as well as innovative workflows and functions it is the only tool users need to produce cutting-edge content without thinking about the technology behind. Although defined by a small form factor and significant cost advantages, ViBox Mini represents the high quality and professional approach, typical of all Simplylive products. The combination makes ViBox Mini the perfect entry-level model for smaller companies and productions.

At the show, ViBox will be highlighted with the 16 channel updates along with the latest features of the ViBox SloMo replay system, including a new dedicated remote controller and networking capability allowing the sharing of content across servers. The Ref&Box system will also be on display with the recent updates as well as the updated 1080p MMR-110 USB and streaming recorder.

ViBox Production System - The All-In-One Solution

The ViBox production system, 2017 winner of NewBay's best of show awards, will be front and centre with the full range of expanded configurations, including the ViBox16 with 3 users with up to 12 camera mode and the ViBox8 with 2 users. The ViBox production systems will include the new features of video effects and I/O flexibility with NDI, RTMP or UDP options. Further enhancements are the possibility of custom video layer definition, the newly added Yamaha mixer integration and Dante support.

The ViBox all-in-one system offers a pioneering solution with the highest level of professional production value at a time when budget efficiency is critical. The touch UI interface allows video switching, audio mixing, NDI graphics insertions, replays and highlights with a minimal footprint and small production team. The ViBox offers the best cost-effective solution without compromise on the quality of productions.

ViBox SloMo Server - The Future of Replays

The intuitive ViBox concept has been expanded to offer the next evolution of replay solutions to the market with the ViBox SloMo. The ViBox6 and ViBox8 SloMo will focus on the essential aspects of replay requirements while simplifying the learning curve for existing and new users to quickly master the ViBox UI. For users that prefer the physical control aspect for replay, the ViBox SloMo will introduce a new slow-motion controller with T-bar. The ViBox SloMo servers will also feature networking capability over 10G backbone to allow content to be shared across the networked systems.

Mini - The Ultimate Portable Solution

The new Mini offers maximum flexibility with a highly portable and affordable solution for mobile productions, efficient studio configurations or turn-around control room applications. The compact ViBox Mini provides a backpack style solution with 4 or 8 channel options in SDI or streaming I/O configurations. The Mini package will change the game with this compact, low-cost and high-quality solution that runs the full range of options of the ViBox production, ViBox SloMo and RefBox solutions. The configuration options will include super motion camera recording and the dedicated slow-motion controller.

Ref&Box - Referee/Official Review System

The referee and official review market continue to grow with more demand for efficient and simple video review solutions. The Ref&Box makes synchronous control efficient with easy selection of angles, pinch and zoom functions, slow-motion replays, clipping and offline reviewing. With its products Ref&Box4-Mini, Ref&Box8-Mini, Ref&Box8 and Ref&Box16 Simplylive offers the most complete range of solutions for review. All Ref&Box products follow IFAB requirements for the VAR implementation. The Ref&Box continues to expand the range of features with options for the large-scale applications with the Ref&Box8 or 16 input models offering extensive user options from single to multi-users. As the football world continues to expand the implementation of the VAR initiative, the latest Ref&Box development will integrate the off-side line graphics into the system. For those looking for the most transportable solution, the same Ref&Box-Mini concept will be available with the Ref&Box4 or Ref&Box8-Mini. The portability of the Ref&Box mini is a great advantage for users to expand options beyond official review into coaching and video analysis applications.

BMR and MMR USB and Streaming Recorders

The MMR USB recorder and live streaming systems will be on display with the MMR-110 single SDI input, now available with 1080p input option, and the MMR-410 quad SDI input models. The BMR master recording application will also be available for demonstration with options for 8 and 16 channel ingest as well as 4K capability.
