VIT is expanding to the USA

Aarau, Switzerland - 27 September 2011 - Vision Information Transaction Inc., developer of the leading Picturepark Digital Asset Management solution is expanding to the United States, opening their first office in San Francisco as of today. The office in the US technology hub will improve sales and integration support to local key partners as well as key accounts and serve as a strategic stepping stone into the North and South American market.

For years we have been receiving a growing number of requests - especially from the States - where in times of economic tension we see a great potential for Picturepark to help smaller and larger companies to improve their efficiency when storing, exchanging and producing their Media Assets , explains Ramon Forster, CEO of Vision Information Transaction AG, the Swiss company behind Picturepark.

Providing a range of product editions targeted at small and medium businesses as well as enterprise customers, Picturepark covers virtually all the demands for Digital Asset Management bourn from marketing, communication, distribution and documentation. The system can be seen as a 4th generation DAM which is highly scalable and is based on a solid and state of the art Swiss engineered software architecture.

The office in downtown San Francisco is currently staffed with local specialists who have many years of experience in DAM and will start operations by the end of September- by which time VIT has also announced they will publish more detailed information on other local partners and employees.
