In response to market trends aligned with the network cloud evolution and digital transformation, Enghouse continues to enhance the BorderNet SBC.

Here is a look at the latest product enhancements that are available for the BorderNet SBC:

MS Teams Certification. Leverage Microsoft Teams certification for Direct Routing to support any SIP-based device or PSTN equipment.

SIP-Recording. Enter new markets and expand your solution portfolio by supporting SIP recording (SIP-REC) for recording selected sessions, including the recorded session's metadata.

Reduce illegal Robocalls. Ensure regulatory compliance with STIR/Shaken to combat unwanted and illegal Robocalls. Using STIR/Shaken, the Enghouse BorderNet SBC provides SIP users with authentication and verification services. The encrypted user's information and signature are added to the SIP Identity header in the original invite and are used to validate the originator of the signed identity.

Framework for Real-Time Text over IP. Offer text support for hearing-challenged and speech-disabled customers. The BorderNet SBC allows interworking between TTY, for real-time text conversations over the PSTN, and RTT, a mode of text communication over RTP/IP.
