24i Media has deployed a suite of video apps for faith-based SVoD service PureFlix.com.
Using 24i's SmartOTT solution, PureFlix.com will deliver a personalised experience for its apps across all devices, including Android, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, XBox, Smart TVs (select Samsung and LG models), iOS and Apple TV.
24i has integrated its technology into Comcast Technology Solutions' D2C solution, creating the foundation for PureFlix.com's ingest, transcoding, playback and monetisation processes.
PureFlix.com EVP of business development Marc Beckwitt said: 24i's video app technology has enabled us to offer a rich experience for our large library of content to subscribers across multiple screens.
The flexible and modular approach to application management in 24i's SmartOTT, along with their existing integration with our back end technology from Comcast Technology Solutions, enables us to stay ahead of the curve.
