Zylight Highlights Advanced Wirele Control, Flexible LED Lights at Cine Gear Expo 06

Zylight, a leading manufacturer of innovative LED lightingsolutions, will demonstrate its new ZyLink Bridgeremote control technology, F8-200 LED Fresnel, IS3c LED soft light, and the Aladdin Bi-Flex lighting system at Cine Gear Expo 2016, which runs June 3-4 at the Studios at Paramount in Hollywood, Calif.

Cine Gear Expo is always a great place for us to show off our latest products to the L.A.-based film and TV professionals, said Joe Arnao, president of Zylight. They are going to love the ZyLink Bridge because they've never had this level of wireless control on the set, and the Aladdin Bi-Flex product line encourages creativity without compromising light quality.

The new ZyLink Bridge wireless fob allows the ZyLink App for iOS devices to communicate with the ZyLink wireless control in most Zylight fixtures to allow precise lighting adjustments of multiple Zylights through an iPhone or iPad. No router or network configuration necessary - simply turn on the lights, select a ZyLink wireless channel, and take control. The intuitive user interface provides easy access to brightness and white light temperature controls, plus color and saturation adjustments for models equipped with Color Mode.

Now the exclusive distributor of Aladdin professional LED lighting instruments throughout the Americas, Zylight will showcase the Aladdin Bi-Flex lighting system at Cine Gear Expo. Available in three sizes up to 200 watts, Bi-Flex LED lighs are dimmable (5-100 percent), flexible panels with adjustable color temperature and CRI ratings of 97 or more. The panels run via AC or battery power, offer a variety of mounting options, and include a custom diffuser. Accessories include the Bi-Flex 50 Softbox and a frame to provide more rigidity for the panel.

The IS3c LED soft light is ideal as a background color wash light or wide soft light, and ships with a custom soft box. It features Zylight's Color Mode, which produces millions of colors without gels or filters. The wide, high-output soft light includes built-in controls for adjusting color temperature and color correction. All IS3c color and brightness controls can be adjusted through the ZyLink App, which also includes four effects - crossfade, strobe, police, and flame - that can be adjusted to match the needs of a particular scene.

At home in the studio or on location, the F8-200 is brighter than a 400-watt HMI fixture, but can be powered by AC or two 14.4V standard Gold Mount or V-Mount batteries. Available in tungsten (3200K) or daylight (5600K) versions, it has high CRI and TLCI ratings, offers spot and flood operations, and delivers traditional Fresnel beam shaping. The F8-200 collapses to less than five inches thick for easy transport and is water resistant (IP54) for use in challenging weather.
