Idols SA' review: Yours to lose' - JR on Nozi's performancesNozi hit all the right notes on tonight's episode of Idols SA while Ty Loner failed to impress the judges. Tweeps said even Joyous failed.

Today's episode of Mzansi Magic's Idols SA was packed with nothing but energy and Somizi's three woo shems are testament to that.

The top 6 was revealed and unfortunately Kabelo received the least amount of votes and had to go home.

The top 6 (which now consists of Zee, Noxolo, Ty Loner, Mpilwenhle, Nozi and Thapelo) had to sing a solo which was a lifesong' of their choosing, and for their second performance, they had a duet with MTN Joyous Celebration for one of their tracks.

NOZI BRINGS THE IDOLS SA HOUSE DOWN It is no secret that Nozi is fan favourite but it is also with reason because she works hard every week, her performances are proof of that. She makes sure that she leaves you wanting to give her all of your votes.

For her first performance, Nozi sang Jennifer Holiday's One Night Only. Her Idol, Jennifer Hudson has also covered the same song. Somizi said her performance was the best performance for the first round. The crowd was left wanting more as the judges gave her a standing ovation.

She sang Joyous Celebration's Wenzile for her second performance. The judges had nothing but good things to say about her Gospel performance.

Music producer JR said the competition was Nozi's to lose while Somizi said she wiped the floor with her heart .

TY LONER HITS ALL THE WRONG NOTES Even though every contestant received good reviews from the judges, Ty Loner's performances fell flat.

Somizi said his performance of Michael Jackson's Rock With You was the worst one for the night.

The judges said he was out of pocket. They called him an amazing performer but said he tends to get carried away and lose his keys. Somizi suggested that he stay with the vocal coaches during the week so that he can better his notes.
