Meet The Team! Employee Spotlight: Global Sales Engineer, Mark Habberfield

So instead, we are launching our employee spotlight series so you can still get to know us that little bit better. Grab yourself a cuppa and step into the lives of our lovely team at Object Matrix - next up is Mark Habberfield, Global Sales Engineer:

Q1. How long have you been with Object Matrix? Seven and a half years

Q2. What does your job entail? Pre-sales, post-sales, training, workflow consultant, third party application testing and liaison, and trade show stand support.

Q3. What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most? Talking to people. There are so many interesting people in our industry.

Q4. What is your proudest moment at Object Matrix? Every new deal is a proud moment and great for the team. Every successful webinar is also great but coaching new staff and seeing them fly on to their next role is always a sad but proud moment.

Q5. Tell us about a life experience that has influenced the way you approach work? Skydiving, sailing and horse riding are all adrenaline rushes that show in my ethos, Work Hard, Play Hard. A good work-life balance is always important.

Q6. Describe Object Matrix in 3 words Innovative, Versatile, Secure

Q7. What was your first job? Newspaper delivery 400 free newspapers every Thursday evening around Cardiff when I was aged 12.

Q8. What are your top 3 life highlights?

Getting married

Buying a boat

Getting a horse

Q9. What is on your bucket list? I'd love to buy a 4000-acre Scottish Estate!

Q10. What's your secret talent no one knows about? I'm a digger driver, tractor driver and small scale farmer in my spare time.
