Sauce Labs Secures New Funding to Accelerate Rapid Growth Trajectory

Investment from Riverwood Capital enables continuous testing leader to drive strategic growth; fuels efforts to evolve portfolio beyond functional testing

San Francisco, CA - March 26, 2019 - Sauce Labs Inc., provider of the world's most comprehensive and trusted continuous testing cloud, today announced that it has secured a $50 million growth investment from Riverwood Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Jeff Parks from Riverwood Capital will join the Sauce Labs Board of Directors.

Already the industry leader with more than 2 million tests per day running on its award-winning Continuous Testing Cloud platform, Sauce Labs will leverage this investment to further accelerate core business growth and evolve its portfolio beyond functional testing, giving customers a 360-degree view of the application experience they deliver to users. The company plans to accelerate its investment in research and development, as well as aggressively pursue strategic growth opportunities.
