ESPN Inks Deal to Expand ManningCast' Format to More Sports With Peyton's Omaha Productions Extension calls for alternative presentations for UFC, college football and golf By SVG Staff

ESPN and The Walt Disney Company will expand the agreement with Peyton Manning and his Omaha Productions company, a relationship that launched the innovative Monday Night Football with Peyton and Eli this past NFL season. The extension will add a fourth year (through 2024 season) for Monday Night Football with Peyton and Eli, featuring a 10-game annual slate of alternative productions to ESPN's traditional Monday Night Football telecast. Additionally, the agreement calls for alternative presentations (with other hosts) for UFC, college football and golf to be produced by Omaha Productions in collaboration with ESPN.

For each of those sport categories, there will be multiple events per year showcasing alternative viewing options. For college football, the commitment will be comprised of regular-season and post-season matchups, including the College Football Playoff National Championship. For golf and UFC, select events will be included annually. Hosts for each sport will be named at a future date.

Peyton Manning, founder of Omaha Productions, adds, I've always loved talking football with my brother, and it was even more fun to do it while watching ESPN's Monday Night Football. Eli and I are excited to sign on for another season, and the entire Omaha team is looking forward to producing MegaCasts that celebrate other sports.

Monday Night Football with Peyton and Eli rewrote ESPN's record books for alternate telecasts, as the critically-acclaimed show holds ESPN's record for the nine most-watched alternate telecasts (More than 60+ since 2014). The show's regular season high came with 1.96 million viewers (New York Giants at Kansas City, Week 8) and also hit 1.9 million on two other occasions (Philadelphia at Dallas, Week 3 and Detroit at Green Bay, Week 2). Overall, the nine episodes averaged 1.6 million viewers.

Omaha Productions is a production company launched by Peyton Manning following his retirement from the NFL. Omaha focuses on developing content that champions hard work, encourages the pursuit of passion, and celebrates community. Omaha Productions executive produced ESPN's Monday Night Football with Peyton and Eli. The company also produces NFL Honors and ESPN+'s PLACES series featuring Peyton Manning, Eli Manning, Abby Wambach, Vince Carter, David Ortiz and Ronda Rousey.
