Holly Hines Scouts SCREEN FOREVER for Co-Pro Creativity

Screen Producers Australia is proud to welcome one of America's great advocates for Australian content, Holly Hines, to SCREEN FOREVER 2017.

Formative programming and development executive, Hines is the Senior Vice President, Content for Dynamic Television where she oversees a slate of innovative scripted series and mini-series projects for distribution across the U.S, UK and Australian networks and streaming platforms. She is known for her strong relationships with buyers and content creators across Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand that have led to a plethora of international programming opportunities with various business models represented.

Hines was previously Senior Vice President of Scripted Programming for Pivot TV, where she assisted in launching the disruptive millennial' network in 2013. Hines' deep association with Australia includes her instrumental role in the development of Josh Thomas's Please Like Me with the ABC Network. Hines' belief in the nascent series led her to schedule it as part of Pivot's opening night debut with six back-to-back episodes and in turn assisted in launching the series and Thomas's career internationally. At Pivot TV, she also oversaw the production and development of several original series, including Fortitude with Sky Atlantic.

Holly is a highly respected and progressive content executive that SCREEN FOREVER is exceptionally lucky to have as part of our international guests. She is one of the rare development executives that truly understands the independent production model and has an eye that seeks out the best talent for international co-production opportunities. Prior to Pivot TV, Hines was Vice President, Scripted Development at FremantleMedia North America and has held development roles at Fuse, TLC overseeing the hit series Trading Spaces and American Chopper and at Bull's Eye Entertainment, where she was involved in the TV series Crash for STARZ and Angela's Eyes for Lifetime. She began her career at Reveille working on the scripted series The Office, Tudors, Ugly Betty and the unscripted series Nashville Star, The Biggest Loser and 30 Days.
