ELEAGUE will present fans the worldwide premiere of live Gears 5 esports action when eight of the game's best professional teams land at ELEAGUE Arena in Atlanta for an epic tournament with their first chances to dominate rivals in Xbox Game Studios' highly-anticipated title. The ELEAGUE Gears Summer Series Invitational will take place Saturday-Sunday, July 13-14, with live coverage beginning each day at Noon ET on ELEAGUE's Twitch channel and live.gearsofwar.com. Fans who watch onlive.gearsofwar.com can also earn exclusive in-game content playable within Gears 4 and Gears 5 (upon its release).

ELEAGUE Gears Summer Series Invitational Commentary Team

Live streaming coverage of the Invitational will be anchored by experienced ELEAGUE host Alex Goldenboy Mendez, with analysis from a panel of Gears of War experts including former professional player Jourdan Ribs Ribeiro, retired coach Jacob PR Arce, and casters Ben Benson Bowe,Guy Blaze Spencer, Colin Clarke, Loviel Velly Cardwell, and reporter Jourdan Kerl.

ELEAGUE welcomes fans to see the Invitational live and experience Gears 5 esports in person at Turner Studios by obtaining free studio audience tickets here. Tickets will offer first-come first-serve entry into ELEAGUE Arena, as well as access to a game-centric fan experience with opportunities to play the all new Escape mode featured in Gears 5, along with free concessions. ELEAGUE merchandise will also be available for purchase.

ELEAGUE Gears Summer Series: The Bonds and Betrayals of Brotherhood on TBS

In addition to live Gears 5 tournament action at the upcoming Invitational, ELEAGUE has produced six, one hour-long feature episodes chronicling the intensity of professional Gears of War competitions, including deeper looks into the lives of star players as they train and perform around the world. ELEAGUE Gears Summer Series: The Bonds and Betrayals of Brotherhood will continue Friday, June 21, at 11 p.m. ET/PT on TBS.
