SGL and VSN s partnership will be demonstrated at IBC 06

Both companies have been closely working over the past three years to achieve a High Performance Archiving and Restore Solution that now will be presented at SGL Stand 7.J15A in the upcoming IBC 2016 trade show. This official presentation will be given twice, in two separate 30-minute conference sessions. The integration between VSNEXPLORER and SGL FlashNet will take place at SGL's stand (7.J15A) on Saturday and Sunday, 10th and 11th of September, at 11:30 am.

SGL and VSN have created over the past three years a rich integration between the VSNEXPLORER and SGL FlashNet platforms. Together both systems offer a complete toolset to efficiently archive and restore content between the online storage used by VSNEXPLORER's MAM, PAM, BPM and BI modules and the archive storage systems managed by FlashNet. And now this integration will be officially presented within the agenda of IBC 2016 trade show for all those potential customers interested in learning more about it.

Roberto Pascual, EMEA Sales Director for VSN, will explain this integration in deep at SGL Stand 7.J15A on Saturday and Sunday, 10th and 11th of September at 11:30 am. During both 30-minute presentations, Pascual will take also some time to review the workflows in use for several clients with case studies that proof how media companies can boost efficiency and minimize efforts, while having a greater control over their assets.

This deep and elegant integration between VSN and SGL systems means that VSNEXPLORER users can now manage both archived and online media from their standard user interface, which clearly presents the current locations of all media using an stylish traffic-light display and supports its easy access. Therefore, users will never need to switch to FlashNet to manage their archive, search or restore processes. Even checking the status of a current request is managed directly within VSNEXPLORER Workflow Manager.
