broadpeak.io Simplifies the Delivery of Targeted Ads, Enabling Quick Monetization for FAST Channels
Broadpeak , a leading provider of content delivery network (CDN) and video streaming solutions for content providers and pay-TV operators worldwide, announced today that Brazilian operator NxTV is using an innovative targeted advertising solution from Broadpeak to monetize its new free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channels. NxTV is leveraging a dynamic ad insertion (DAI) application on broadpeak.io, Broadpeak's software as a service (SaaS) platform, to simplify the delivery of targeted ads. Broadpeak's server-side ad insertion (SSAI) solution offers unparalleled ease of use and a short time to market, which is critical for breaking into the FAST market.
Launching FAST channels signifies an opportunity for us to offer a more personalized video streaming experience and leapfrog the competition, said S rgio Mancera, CEO, at NxTV. We chose to partner with Broadpeak for dynamic ad insertion based on the company's significant expertise in video streaming, professionalism, and local support. Broadpeak's SSAI solution is based on a SaaS business model, making it flexible, cost-efficient, and fast to deploy, empowering us to be among the first video platforms in Brazil to offer FAST channels.
NxTV now offers 10 FAST channels on its SoPlay video streaming service in S o Paulo. Broadpeak's fully managed, API-based SaaS dramatically simplifies the delivery of targeted advertising in live and VOD streaming content. The SSAI technology is pre-integrated with all major ad servers on the market, which has reduced the time to market for NxTV's targeted ad streaming services and enabling quick content monetization. In addition, broadpeak.io DAI as a service provides full visibility into the advertising platform, offering enhanced, data-based observability and robust security.
Delivering targeted ads can be complex, but it's a necessity for successfully monetizing video streaming content, said Jacques Le Mancq, CEO at Broadpeak.
