The Sabido eAcademy will host a Train the Trainer course from 20 to 22 July at the institution s campus in Hyde Park, Johannesburg. The course will be presented by managing director Natalie Delport and is aimed at those who wish to perform one-to-one training as well as understand the South African skills development landscape better.

SAQA Unit Standard: 117877

Credits: 4 NQF level: 3

Duration: three days

Coaching learners or employees in skills development involves working alongside them to help improve their abilities in a specific area of application. This also means training them towards a defined performance standard. The course will enable participants to:

Prepare for one-to-one training on the job

Conduct training sessions

Monitor and report on learner progress

Review training

Assess learners as per SETA requirements
