New Espial Experience Professional Services Group Launches for RDK-focused Video Service Providers
Espial today announced the launch of a new business group, Espial Experience Professional Services, headed by Vice President Junaid Muzaffar.
OTTAWA, Ontario - June 10, 2015 - Transforming the viewing experience worldwide, Espial today announced the launch of a new business group, Espial Experience Professional Services, headed by Vice President Junaid Muzaffar. With particular expertise in RDK and HTML5, the team will help video service providers deliver world-class viewing experiences for their subscribers which are immersive, personalized, and seamlessly blend traditional television with over-the-top content.
Today's service providers face an increasingly complex video delivery ecosystem and need experienced professionals who can help integrate, port, customize and deliver a video user experience that delights and engages their subscribers, said Jaison Dolvane, Espial CEO, Given his track record of success in systems integration projects, Junaid is the ideal choice to lead Espial Experience as our customer demand for services grows.
With adoption of the RDK accelerating worldwide, more video service providers are seeking expertise and integration capabilities from knowledgeable partners, said Steve Heeb, President and General Manager of RDK Management, LLC. Espial has deep experience with the RDK, and their new Professional Services group should provide a valuable resource to operators around the globe.
As video service providers respond to increasing competition by creating wholly new service environments for their subscribers, they can count on Espial Experience to help make their vision a reality. The Espial Experience group specializes in rapid and efficient system integration with back-office systems, set-top boxes and SOCs, and customizing and optimizing the user interface to ensure a world-class viewing experience. Espial Experience is led by Junaid Muzaffar, Espial's VP of Professional Services. During his decade-plus working in telecom and cable, Muzaffar has successfully delivered numerous projects including systems integration, software, and user experience deployments that service millions of subscribers globally. The Espial Experience group has already started working with operators in North America and Europe to integrate and deploy a new generation of video environments based on Espial's industry-leading RDK client solution, said Muzaffar.
