Throughout its history, Van Wagner has relied on full onsite productions to provide the live entertainment at various-size events. That all changed after the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and the opening of a remote-production facility in Raleigh, NC, in 2023. With a portfolio that runs the gamut of game presentation, this centralized production model allows more flexibility with resources and more availability to produce more events.

At the 2024 SVG Remote Production Forum, Van Wagner President, Productions, Bob Becker details the origins of the one-year-old facility, how the virtual NFL Draft in 2020 inspired creation of this space, how it has become an important part of the production formula for smaller-scale events, and how the building has become an educational tool for local collegiate students.
