El canal p blico Televisi n Espa ola est haciendo una decidida apuesta por los contenidos infantiles, que cuentan con el compromiso de la direcci n y presidencia de RTVE. As lo ratific ayer, lunes, en Santiago, el responsable de Contenidos Infantiles de TVE-Clan, Yago Fandi o, durante un coloquio con productores del sector audiovisual, organizado por el Cl ster Audiovisual Galego (CLAG) en colaboraci n con el Mercado de las Industrias Culturales Atl nticas (MICAtl ntica).
El presidente del CLAG, Andr s Barb , se encarg de abrir la sesi n con ep grafe El apoyo de TVE a la creaci n de series de animaci n infantil , que estuvo moderada por la directora de Abano Produci ns, Chelo Loureiro, y que congreg en la Ciudad de la Cultura a una veintena de profesionales del audiovisual.
Barb aprovech este foro para explicarles a los asistentes la buena situaci n en la que est el CLAG para actuar como paraguas del sector de la animaci n gallego con el fin de que este vuelva a disfrutar del esplendor que tuvo hace unos a os .
Por su parte, Yago Fandi o centr su intervenci n en la decidida apuesta que realizando el canal p blico TVE por los contenidos infantiles. Estamos apoyando los nuevos modelos relacionados con este tipo de contenidos , subray . Un apoyo que llega adem s desde la direcci n y la presidencia de RTVE, asegur .
Teniendo en cuenta lo cambiante del panorama audiovisual y el principio de servicio p blico que obliga a TVE a ofrecerle a los espectadores contenidos de calidad y con valores . En relaci n a los contenidos, Fandi o dijo que estos deben adoptar las distintas maneras de consumir de los m s peque os, ya que los ni os se acercan con total naturalidad a las ltimas tendencias.
En el transcurso de la sesi n, Yago Fandi o les explic tambi n a los asistentes al foro c mo desarrolla su canal p blico el proceso de selecci n de los proyectos infantiles que va a apoyar, y qu elementos diferenciadores buscan en ellos para las pr ximas convocatorias.
Good stories with derived transmedia
En este sentido, el invitado advirti que es imprescindible ofrecer una buena historia y que el producto tenga una derivada transmedia; factor ste que, seg n Fandi o, est siendo muy valorado tambi n en los mercados internacionales. Por su parte, los productores de los proyectos apoyados encontrar n en TVE adem s de inversi n, su apoyo en todo tipo de foros y la mejor ventana para su producto, la que ofrece la marca Clan, que incluye m ltiples pantallas (canal tv, web, apps, ).
En la actualidad, TVE tiene abierta una nueva convocatoria para la presentaci n de proyectos de contenidos infantiles. En este punto, el responsable de Clan explic que se pas de hacer dos convocatorias al a o a una nica convocatoria anual, y avanz que de aqu en adelante se les va a exigir a los productores que presenten unos planes de financiaci n y de negocio m s elaborados de sus respectivos proyectos.
En cuento a las cifras de la pasada convocatoria, el responsable de contenidos infantiles de TVE-Clan dijo que este a o se presentaron un total de 47 proyectos y la televisi n p blica estatal invirti m s de dos millones de euros en los proyectos que finalmente resultaron seleccionados.
Invest in animation
Durante el coloquio, Chelo Loureiro advirti que es necesario que de ese 6% que TVE invierte en la compra de cine espa ol, se destine una parte a la adquisici n de animaci n. Para la productora gallega tenemos mucho talento y buenas historias con las que competir en los mercados internacionales .
Asimismo, la directora de Abano Produci ns asegur que es fundamental que las distintas televisiones p blicas colaboren en potenciar los contenidos de animaci n y, en cuanto a las televisiones comerciales, advirti que se les debe obligar a que cumplan con la programaci n infantil en sus parrillas.
