E.tv fans are thrilled that the channel's telenovela Smoke and Mirrors received nearly 2.5 million viewers in July.

SMOKE AND MIRRORS' INCREASED VIEWERS Entertainment blogger, Jabu Macdonald revealed on Twitter that e.tv's telenovela Smoke and Mirrors' viewers increased from 2.1 million to 2.4 million in July.

Smoke and Mirrors grew from over 2.1 million viewers to 2.4 million viewers and still remains the fourth-most-watched show on e.tv in the month of July, said Macdonald.

The show is set in a small mining town called Emnyameni and focusses on Thandiswa (Ayanda Bandla) a hairdresser by day, an escort by night. She is on a mission to rid the town of The Unholy Trinity known as Caesar (Zolisa Xaluva), Jaxon (Meshack Mavuso-Magabane) and Mthetho (Kabomo Vilakazi).

TVSA reports that Scandal! is the most-watched show on e.tv with 5 million viewers followed by House of Zwide with 4.4 million viewers while Isitha: The Enemy remains the third-most-watched show with 2.7 million viewers.
