Canon EOS-1DC, award for best digital SLR camera for video on the TIPA 2013 Canon gets five awards at the awards given annually by the Technical Image Press Association (TIPA).

Canon has won five awards from the Technical Image Press Association (TIPA), one of the most important associations of photographic and imaging press in the world.

TIPA Awards recognize the most important imaging products launched during the year and again in 2013, Canon has achieved industry recognition.

The TIPA jury participating publishers 28 of photography and imaging magazines in the world, from 15 different countries and five continents.

The EOS-1DC, the first digital SLR "hybrid" Canon has a full frame CMOS sensor of 18 megapixels capable of recording 4K resolution (4,096 x 2,160) or HD video and 18 megapixel photos in JPEG format

Recording is done on CF cards and you can use all EF mount lenses.
