UET United Electronic Technology AG releases consolidated financial results for fiscal year 2015

Revenues grow by 31.7 % to 63.803 mn EUR

EBITDA amounts to -1.728 mn EUR, EBIT -3.947 mn EUR

Cash flow from operating activities amounts to -3.933 mn EUR

UET convenes annual shareholder meeting on June 22nd 2016

UET United Electronic Technology AG (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Eschborn, releases its financial results for fiscal year 2015.

Consolidated revenues of the UET Group increased by 32 % and amounted to a total of 63.803 mn EUR (previous year: 48.436 mn EUR) in fiscal year 2015. ALBIS Technologies AG (Zurich) has been consolidated for the first time and provides a substantial contribution in 2015.

In 2015 the UET Group generated an EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of -1.728 mn EUR (previous year: 4.512 mn EUR). Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) were also negative and amounted to -3.947 mn EUR (previous year: 2.797 mn EUR). Consolidated results totaled in a net loss of -1.177 mn EUR (previous year: 1.262 mn EUR) over the course of the year. Under the consideration of minority interests on the consolidated result, the attributable result per share to the shareholders of UET AG is -0.07 EUR for the fiscal year 2015 (previous year: 0.10 EUR).

As a result of the deteriorating period results of UET business areas, the cash flow from operating activities in fiscal 2015 created a negative value of EUR -3.933 mn EUR. A comparison to the previous year will not be provided, as the cash flow statement has been prepared for the first time according to the guidelines of the DRS 21 (German Accounting Standard No. 21). Cash and cash equivalents in the Group amounted to 1.061mn EUR as of December 31st 2015.

The annual shareholder meeting will take place as scheduled on June 22nd 2016 in Eschborn. The invitation including the agenda will be released on May 13th 2016, as of 3p.m., in accordance with the deadline in German Federal Gazette.
