Schaeffler hat jahrzehntelange Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Fertigung von Fahrradlagern. Seit Friedrich Fischer vor ber 130 Jahren die industrielle Herstellung von Kugellagern entwickelt und damit den Grundstein f r die moderne W lzlager-Technologie gelegt hat, werden W lzlager der Marke FAG in Fahrr dern eingesetzt.
Schaeffler liefert heute unter den Marken INA und FAG zahlreiche Pr zisionskomponenten f r Fahrr der. Neben Tretlagern sind dies Lagerl sungen f r Naben, Steuerkopflager sowie Lager und Dichtungen f r Getriebenaben. Zum Produktspektrum geh ren auch extrem leistungsf hige Speziallager f r Rennr der, wie z.B. FAG Cronitect -Hybrid-Lager.
FAG Cronitect -Hybrid W lzlager f r maximalen Leichtlauf
Eine besondere Werkstoffkombination f r Tret- und Nabenlager sorgt in Rennr dern der Spitzenklasse f r maximale Effizienz: Lagerringe aus dem Hochleistungsstahl Cronitect und W lzk rper aus Keramik, eine verbesserte Kugellaufbahn-Geometrie und ein neuartiges, stark reibungsreduzierendes Dichtungskonzept bieten im Zusammenspiel entscheidende Vorteile: Leichtlauf und Zuverl ssigkeit steigen enorm. Cronitect ist das Produkt einer konsequenten Weiterentwicklung von Hochleistungs-NIROSt hlen von Schaeffler. W lzlager auf Basis dieses Werkstoffs k nnen unter extremen Bedingungen betrieben werden, beispielsweise im Kontakt mit korrosiven Medien (Wasser, S uren, Reinigungsmittel) oder sogar im Trockenlauf. Innovative Dichtungs- und K figl sungen erm glichen einen zus tzlichen Schutz und Wartungsfreiheit. In Verbindung mit Keramik-W lzk rpern ergibt sich so ein Produkt, das in punkto Leichtlauf und Wartungsfreundlichkeit h chsten Anspr chen gerecht wird.
F r h chste Beanspruchung: Tretlagereinheit BB66 in 2. Generation
Schaeffler hat mit der zweiten Generation der FAG-Tretlagereinheit BB66 (BB f r Bottom Bracket) einen Klassiker im Programm Mit seinen hochpr zisen und belastungsf higen Komponenten bietet das Tretlager Leichtlauf und eine lange Lebensdauer auch bei maximaler Beanspruchung. In Deutschland ist es bisher als einziges Innenlager mit DINplus zertifiziert. Es ist insbesondere f r Last- und Transportr der geeignet und ist zum Beispiel seit Jahrzehnten das bevorzugte Tretlager in den Fahrr dern der Deutschen Post.
FAG-Rillenkugellager f r minimale Reibung
Bei FAG-Rillenkugellagern, wie sie unter anderem in der Tretlagereinheit BB66 zum Einsatz kommen, wurden gegen ber herk mmlichen Rillenkugellagern alle geometrischen Parameter von Innenring, Au enring und W lzk rpern berarbeitet. Die verbesserten Oberfl chenstrukturen von Laufbahnen und Kugeln mindern die Ger uschentwicklung um 50 Prozent gegen ber herk mmlichen Rillenkugellagern. Die Schmiegung zwischen Kugeln und Ringen wurde mit dem Ziel optimiert, die Reibung zu minimieren. Gemeinsam mit der verbesserten Oberfl chenqualit t reduzieren die konstruktiven Ma nahmen die Reibung im Vergleich zu bisherigen Rillenkugellagern um 35 Prozent. Das kleinere Reibmoment und die geringere W rmeentwicklung machen das Lager f r h here Drehzahlen bestens geeignet. Die innovative HRS-Dichtung erh ht zudem die Gebrauchsdauer des Fettes und des gesamten Lagers.
Weitere Lagerstellen und Komponenten
Im Vorbau sorgen FAG-Schr gkugellager als Steuerkopflager in der Verbindungsstelle von Lenkervorbau und Fahrradgabel f r die n tige Pr zision und Sicherheit. Durch INA-Gleitlager mit ELGOGLIDE werden die beim Fahren auf die Standrohre der Federgabeln wirkenden Kr fte aufgenommen und bertragen.
