BBC Cymru Wales Selects Object Matrix To Provide One Petabyte of Nearline Storage Press Release

Cardiff, 29th April 2014 - Object Matrix, trusted provider of object based nearline storage today announces that it has been selected by BBC Cymru Wales to provide one petabyte of nearline storage for its Cardiff based production facilities.

BBC Cymru Wales is currently the largest BBC production centre in the UK, outside of London. With increasing requirements to provide on demand access to both current and archived content across multiple departments and productions BBC Cymru Wales set out to procure a nearline storage platform that could satisfy those requirements now and for the years to come.
