The 2021 SVG College Sports Media Awards (CSMAs) presented in association with NACDA have been given out and the best of the best were honored for outstanding work in video production work over the past year of collegiate athletics.

Hosted by FOX Sports lead college football reporter and Big Noon Kickoff sideline reporter Jenny Taft, the CSMA ceremony was celebrated virtually for the second consecutive year.

[The CSMAs] have only grown in prestige thanks to you, the wonderful content creators from athletic departments, conference offices, and professional networks from across the country, said Taft during her show opening comments. This was an exceptionally challenging year for all of us. Football in the fall in front of mostly empty stadiums. A crossover season earlier this year that had an incredible amount of sports overlapping all at once. You navigated all of that under varying forms of COVID-related safety guidelines and, yet, the content and the live productions were as spectacular as ever.

Nearly 500 entries were submitted in five categories (Live Game Production; Live Non-Game Production; Program Series; Special Feature; and Short-Form Fan Engagement) across four divisions (Professional, Collegiate Conferences and Governing Bodies, Collegiate Athletics, and Collegiate Student).
