Cinedigm Receives Positive NASDAQ Listing Determination Cinedigms Continued Listing Plan Accepted By NASDAQ

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cinedigm Corp. (NASDAQ: CIDM) (the Company) today announced that the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel (the Panel) has granted the Companys request for continued listing and accepted the Companys plan to regain compliance with the continued listing standards of The NASDAQ Global Market. The Companys continued listing is subject to the Company evidencing compliance with the minimum $1.00 bid price requirement by June 7, 2016. In order to satisfy the bid price requirement, the Company must evidence a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days. The Company expects to evidence compliance on a timely basis with the terms of the Panels decision, including via the implementation of a reverse stock split, if necessary. The Company has already obtained shareholder approval of a reverse stock split up to 1 to 10 through October 2016.

On February 16, 2016, Cinedigm Corp. (the Company) announced that the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel (the Panel) had granted the Companys request for continued listing on The Nasdaq Global Market, which is subject to the Company evidencing compliance with the minimum $1.00 bid price requirement by June 7, 2016. In order to satisfy the bid price requirement, the Company must evidence a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days.
