Zeta Audiovisual begin production in February Elite, the second Spanish Netflix original series lite', cuya primera temporada constar de ocho cap tulos, se estrenar en el 2019 en los 190 pa ses en los que est implantada la plataforma de pago estadounidense.
Tras el xito de Las chicas del cable, Netflix vuelve a confiar en una productora espa ola para poner en marcha un proyecto de ficci n. La plataforma de televisi n de pago ha encargado a Audiovisual Zeta la producci n de Elite, una serie en tono de thriller adolescente que constar de ocho cap tulos y se estrenar en el 2019 en los 190 pa ses en los que opera Netflix.
La productora de Tres metros sobre el cielo, No culpes al karma de lo que te pasa por gilipollas o The man of a thousand faces ha confiado en Carlos Montero (El comisario, F sica o qu mica, El tiempo entre costuras) and Dar o Madrona (G nesis, La chica de ayer, Los protegidos) para poner en marcha el pr ximo febrero este proyecto dirigido al p blico juvenil.
La serie, rodada ntegramente en 4K, estar protagonizada por Jaime Lorente, Mar a Pedraza, Miguel Herr n, Omar Ayuso, Ar n Piper, Mina El Hammani, Itzan Escamilla, Miguel Bernardeau, Ester Exp sito y lvaro Rico.
La serie se ubica en el exclusivo colegio Las Encinas, donde la lite econ mica del pa s env a a sus hijos. En sus pupitres tambi n se sientan tres chicos de familias de clase obrera, admitidos despu s de que un terremoto destruyera el instituto p blico en el que estaban matriculados y sus estudiantes fueran repartidos por otros centros de la zona. Las amistades no son f ciles en Las Encinas. Por no hablar del (m s que imposible) sexo. El choque entre los que lo tienen todo y los que no tienen nada que perder crea una tormenta perfecta que acaba en un asesinato. Qui n ha cometido el crimen?
