Beginning on the afternoon of Dec. 14, SVG members will take to the stage and discuss the latest in sports production technology and workflows. Top executive producers, key technology decision makers, and experts in the business of sports television will share their accomplishments in 2015 as well as plans for 2016.

#5: The Remote Engineering Workshop moves to a bigger room, so join us and take a seat!
The Remote Engineering Workshop has become a tradition unlike any other, giving those involved in remote-production facility design and operations a chance to come together and discuss hot topics like new approaches to truck design, the challenge of going green, and the move to IP-based operations. This year's session is moving to a bigger room to make it easier for everyone who wants to attend to take a seat and be part of the conversation.
#6: Unique venue production needs come into focus!
In an effort to serve the information, networking, and business needs of engineering, IT, and broadcast executives in sports venues, the SVG Venue Initiative will host a Venue Production Workshop. Topics will include enhancing interoperability between the venue and broadcasters, the growth of IP workflows in venues, how LED lighting is changing the way fans see the game, and the mobile-fan experience. The SVG College Initiative returns to the SVG Summit this year to offer informative presentations and discussions addressing the robust college sports video production industry. With major networks, conference digital networks, and athletic departments all producing more live and on-demand college sports content than ever before, a whole new industry of sports video production has emerged with its own set of unique challenges and opportunities.
