Crowd-Making Park Opens in Hangzhou Bay New Area

The e-design Block project of the Hangzhou Bay New Area (Phase-1) started serving its purpose on June 22nd with the first 20 enterprises established their presence, which means the innovation park established on the area of the city's largest bleaching and dyeing park in the past formally opened itself with an area of over 67 hectares.

The innovation park consists of Hangzhou Bay e-design block and innovation& enterprise-establishment base, which serves as the effective carrier for both advanced production and technological innovation park. .The industrial design+ e-commerce mode was firstly created in the e-design block while the settled enterprises will focus on the two sides of the smiling curve, design and sales. The Innovation & Startup Base is operated by the Ningbo Research Institute of Fudan University while the top talents and innovation& enterprising projects are imported.

Besides, an excellent environment for enterprise establishment will be present with the completing functions of dining, accommodating, kid-attending, medication and transportation, which creates a lively space for public activities while the synchronized import of leisure and fitness projects is accomplished.

The Park is a significant measure for the elimination of lacks in technology, platform and talent, which is vital for both One City, Four Areas Project and the full cooperation with Shanghai. Said by the Head of Management Committee for Hangzhou Bay Community in Ningbo.

Over 80 thousand square meters of plants will have been renovated by the end of the year 2016 with over 80 innovation projects and 600 talents in the field imported.
