Umbuso' season finale leaves Mzansi begging for more Umbuso' captured viewers with its storylines from Lihle

Umbuso's viewers wept for Lihle and begged writers for another season this past Sunday (26 June) as they wanted to see Samora arrested.

The Monday night drama series Umbuso left fans at the edge of their seats with its captivating storylines and talented cast from Skeem Saam's Nozi Langa, The Queen's Kwanele Mthethwa, Scandal!'s Bathabile Mashigo, Uzalo's Omuhle Gela and more.

Although I did not get what I wanted (to see Samora in prison and for Mike to come back), I enjoyed #Umbuso. Episode after episode, they held it down. Sad that it was the last episode. pic.twitter.com/vm8BbSZHsi

SHOCKING SEASON FINALE In the season finale, Lihle learns that she and Samora (Sandile Mahlangu) are siblings, and the man they thought was their uncle is actually their biological father.

Viewers then see her with her grandmother who confirms her worst fears, that she and Samora are siblings.

She also learns that her previous miscarriage was caused by her grandmother who poisoned her to prevent her from having a baby with her brother.

Audiences are devastated for her and shed tears when she shares her trauma with Tshepiso and his wife, Bassie (Nozi Langa).

She also realises that Samora has always known about their paternity, who also confesses to murdering their mother.

Umbuso viewers are looking forward to season two as they want to see Samora arrested and Lihle (Kwanele Mthethwa) running her father's company.
