Rodeo FX, an industry leader in visual effects, has announced the appointment of Audrey Boivin to the position of Producer for the company's Advertising Department. As such, she will be responsible for the production of numerous commercials from a diverse array of clients.
The addition of Boivin to a team that is already highly specialized is a major asset which will enable Rodeo FX to continue to diversify its services. With 10 years of experience in production, Boivin will leverage her expertise in postproduction and visual effects. At Rodeo FX, she will be responsible for the supervision of creative processes and will support producers in implementing projects.
Rodeo FX is known internationally for its collaborations with Annie Lebovitch and Disney, as well as for its work with advertising agencies in New York, London and Paris. Boivin helps to strengthen Rodeo FX's expanded outreach within the advertising industry. Recognized for the quality and sophistication of its digital effects, Rodeo FX has first quality facilities and services, such as the online editing suites Smoke/Flame/Lustre Premium, the offline editing suites AVID/Final Cut, the services of a Motion Design group, and a special effects film studio (Second Unit.) In an effort to offer its clients the best creative services, integrating the advertising department into the company enables the talents of Rodeo FX's film team to be used by the advertising production department.
The company, already recognized as a leader in the field, will benefit from Boivin's experience and her excellent professional reputation with clients. Audrey has already been active for 10 years in the Montreal production environment and has worked with many talented directors both locally and internationally, states S bastien Moreau, President/Founder and Supervisor of Visual Effects at Rodeo FX. She has always managed to combine her artistic skills with her technological know-how, which makes her an ideal addition to our company.
Since joining Rodeo FX, Boivin's most recent production is the new commercial campaign for the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, highlighting its 80th season.
The addition of Boivin to Rodeo FX's Advertising Department follows that of Mr. Andr Montambeault, named last year to the position of Director of Creative for that department. By surrounding ourselves with a creative and strong team, we can provide our clients with visual effects that equal their expectations and their reputation. After having made a real mark internationally within the feature film visual effects market in only a few years, we are now, more than ever, in a position to occupy a more prominent position within the Canadian and U.S. advertising industries, concludes Moreau.
About Audrey Boivin:
With a bachelor's degree in digital imaging and fine arts from Concordia University, Audrey has spent the last 10 years of her career in the field of production and postproduction for advertising, VFX and film animation. Before joining RODEO FX, Audrey produced a hundred projects in postproduction and VFX, both locally and internationally. In the field of advertising, she was responsible for projects for important clients such as Adidas, MGM Grand, Tourisme Montr al and Hydro-Qu bec, all awarded locally and/or internationally. She has also participated in the production of several long feature films, including Caf de Flore, Immortals and C.R.A.Z.Y.
