IABM-member and established systems integration specialist PBT EU will host an informative webinar about the latest feature upgrades in SubtitleNEXT as well as the benefits that Channel in a Box technology delivers to broadcasters.
SubtitleNEXT is a powerful subtitling system that has already been adopted by many media, production, post facilities and academic institutions, providing high quality accessibility services that can be made attainable for larger audiences.
Participants who would normally attend NAB at this time of year can be amongst the first to learn about these exciting new developments and practical advantages that PBT EU's broadcast media playout solutions offer by using PlayBox Neo 20 Channel in a Box systems.
The live event will be presented by PBT EU's CEO Ivanka Vassileva and PlayBox Neo Demo Artist Plamen Georgiev. They will provide an overview of the most recent achievements in PlayBox Neo 20 Channel in Box, including the latest updates in the SubtitleNEXT platform including its Live Subtitling function which significantly speeds up the subtitling of news emissions and live shows in television.
The webinar will provide an opportunity to engage direct with PlayBox Neo 20 specialists outlining a plethora of impressive functionalities, some of which include web-based multi-viewer, on the fly subtitling, integrated Input/Output architecture for ingest and playback; NDI and SDI inputs/outputs; UHD/HD/SD ingest and playback with up-scaling and down-scaling,; and a single playlist with a vast variety of compression formats such as MPEG-2, DV, DVCAM, DVCPro, DVCPro 50 HD, IMX, XDCAM, HDCAM, AVC/H.264, HEVC/H.265, XAVC, Apple Pro RES, AVC-Intra, and much more.
In addition, the webinar will also provide further insight into the remarkable new live subtitling development in SubtitleNEXT which makes it a best-fit solution for subtitling preparation and for the airing of news shows for traditional broadcasters as well as for all types of accessibility services that include live events, including educational sessions, YouTube and Zoom live events and many others.
