Collegiate athletic department video directors of diverse staffing and budget sizes are facing a unique challenge this spring as multiple sports and seasons are crossing over as programs look to catch up from the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. For video production professionals, that means a lot of live content to product and live events to support.
At a live virtual event that SVG hosted on February 16, we dove into a range of critical topics with Stephanie Ann, Video Production Assistant (Patriot League on ESPN) at Loyola University Maryland; Derryl Miles, Assistant Director of Athletics, Video Services at University of Illinois; and Lucas Haskins, Broadcast Productions Manager at Texas State University.
