Op zaterdag 2 december kunnen niet alleen mensen in de Ziggo Dome genieten van de wintereditie van Groots met een zachte G, maar ook de kijkers thuis. Ziggo zal het concert van Guus Meeuwis live uitzenden in HD-kwaliteit op Ziggo TV kanaal 13.
Vorig jaar stond Guus voor het eerst in de Ziggo Dome met zijn winterspektakel. Na een succesvolle eerste editie keert de Brabantse zanger dit weekend terug naar de Ziggo Dome voor twee optredens. Tijdens de tweede wintereditie van Groots' blikt Guus samen met tal van andere artiesten terug op afgelopen jaar. Een jaar waarin zijn Het is een nacht die je normaal alleen in films ziet', als uitdrukking werd opgenomen in de Dikke Van Dale en het jaar dat hij voor het eerst op Pinkpop stond.
Tradities
De maand december draait om tradities en ik denk dat we er sinds vorig jaar eentje bij hebben, aldus Guus. De winterconcerten in de Ziggo Dome waren zo leuk dat we niet lang twijfelden om het nog een keer te doen. Natuurlijk neem ik al het goede van december mee, van Sinterklaas tot de Kerstman, van banketletter tot vuurwerk. Ik wil vieren waar we zijn gekomen en hoe meer mensen, des te groter het feest. De live-uitzending van het concert past daarom precies in dat plaatje.
Live op Ziggo TV kanaal 13 en Ziggo GO
Omdat Ziggo hoofdsponsor is van de Groots-concerten kunnen alle klanten van Ziggo het concert op zaterdag 2 december om 20.30 uur gratis meebeleven. Dit kan via Ziggo kanaal 13 of de Ziggo GO app.
