Actor Lemogang Tsipa, who played Shaka Zulu in Shaka iLembe will portray a journalist, Sol Mojalefa Phiri in Mzansi Magic's drama series Killer Front Page.

LEMOGANG TSIPA AS SOL MOJALEFA The fan-favourite actor Lemogang Tsipa revealed to Sunday World this week that his friendship with a journalist prepared him for his latest role in Killer Front Page.

I have been preparing for the role unknowingly. And [my friend] does have a lot of similar character traits similar to Sol the character that I am playing. There are similarities in the positive aspects. There are a lot of dark sides of Sol, which we will discover.

The Shaka Ilembe actor also reveals that his opinions on journalists have not changed as he's always liked them and believes they play a necessary role in society.

The series will also star former 7de Laan and Isidingo actress Linda Sokhulu, who will portray a detective, Sis Connie and Gomora star Siphesihle Ndaba
