The Academy of Television delivers a few very scattered Iris Awards En unos galardones muy repartidos, el grupo Atresmedia TV ha sido al m s premiado al recoger un total de seis galardones.
Los cines Kin polis de La Ciudad de la Imagen en Madrid acogieron anoche la dcimonovena edici n de los Premios Iris que otorga anualmente la Academia de las Ciencias y las Artes de Televisi n. A lo largo de una surrealista ceremonia desde el punto de vista tanto t cnico como de gui n la instituci n entreg estos galardones que en la mayor a de sus categor as votan los acad micos pero que tambi n incluyen en otras el veredicto de un jurado formado en esta ocasi n por Montse Abbad, Carmen Dom nguez, Blanca Vives, Beatriz Maesso, Valent n Carrera, Rafael Gal n y Helena Resano.
Es de rese ar que, curiosamente, los premios de la televisi n no se han emitido por vez primera en su historia por ninguna cadena sino por la cuenta de la Academia en Twitter.
En unos galardones muy repartidos, el grupo Atresmedia TV ha sido al m s premiado al recoger un total de seis galardones. Las series The paper House (gui n) y el final en directo de Velvet (realizaci n) han sido reconocidos por los acad micos. El Hormiguero (producci n) se ha llevado el premio a la mejor direcci n y Sounds like your face el de mejor programa. Mat as Prats ha recogido el premio al mejor presentador de informativos. El jurado tambi n concedi un Iris al documental emitido por LaSexta, Astral dirigido por Jordi vole.
Blanca Portillo ha recibido el premio de mejor actriz por su papel en la serie de Telecinco I know who you are mientras que Hugo Silva ha sido reconocido por su interpretaci n en el Ministerio del Tiempo, de TVE. La popular serie de Onza ha merecido tambi n el premio a la mejor ficci n.
Entre los premios concedidos por el jurado de expertos, destacar el galard n de Javier Salmones por su brillante trabajo de fotograf a en la serie Queens (TVE).
Xard , Premio a Toda una Vida
El Premio Iris Toda una Vida 2017, el m ximo galard n de la Instituci n, ha querido reconocer este a o la trayectoria del periodista y comunicador Xavier Sard .
Licenciado en Ciencias de la Informaci n por la Universidad Aut noma de Barcelona, Sard comenz su andadura period stica como cronista musical en peri dicos como Catalunya Express, Avui, El Noticiero Universal o Mundo Diario. En sus inicios en RNE cre su popular personaje del Sr. Casamajor.
En televisi n ha presentando programas como Childs play (TVE, 1990), OLE 2 videos (FORTA, 1992-1993), Betes i films (TV3), Tot per l'audi ncia (TV3), We are all human (Antena 3, 1996), Moors and Christians (Telecinco, 1997), Martian Chronicles (Telecinco, 1997-2005) o Dutifr (Telecinco, 2007). En la actualidad, colabora como contertulio en varios espacios de debate.
