When actors perform as their films band, it can have some fantastic results.

Inspired by The Broken Circle Bluegrass Band of The Broken Circle Breakdown, we take a look at ten fantastic movie soundtracks that feature the singing talents of some exceptional actors.

The Muppets are known for their original songs, and the decision to get Bret MacKenzie (1/2 of Flight of the Conchords) to write several songs for them was clearly the right choice. Peter Linz and Jason Segel sing this charming Oscar-winner.

10. Some Like It Hot (1959)

Marilyn Monroes classic "I Wanna Be Loved By You" may be the most famous, but its not the only song she and the films "Society Sycopators" perform.
