BVE 2015 IS THE LAUNCHPAD FOR PRODUCT LAUNCHES, TECHNICAL INNOVATIONS AND INDISPENSABLE GADGETS 27 January 2015
News
Leading manufacturers and service providers including Sony, Avid, Panasonic and Sennheiesr gather at UK's essential show
BVE 2015 will welcome more than 240 exhibitors to this year's event to showcase the latest products and technologies that take content from creation to consumption. The UK's only show for the broadcast and production industry attracts manufacturers of many different kinds of broadcast technology, providing the ideal platform to launch products and services to the UK market or indeed the world. BVE 2015 takes place from 24-26 February 2015 at ExCeL London and registration is now open.
Alison Willis, Event Director, said, BVE is the number one destination for the UK broadcast industry to launch their new products and services. The internet is great for research, but nothing beats actually meeting vendors who can explain their products in human terms or, for the vendors, meeting the people who will use their products. It's also a chance to see pieces of equipment in action - press buttons, flick switches and get excited about the technology. We have over 60 new exhibitors this year, many product launches and some exciting innovations that may well turn out to be the new must-have solutions.
Leading manufacturers including Sony, Panasonic, ARRI, Sennheiser, Avid and Vitec Videocom are in attendance with their latest products and technologies, while niche vendors sit comfortably alongside the major players, showing off brilliant innovations, products and services. The show also features the dedicated Production Services area, including studios, hire companies and other production services.
Here is a small sample of exhibitor news at the show:
Axon Digital Design (Stand K19) will launch its SMART DVB, a complete suite of tools to monitor, report and analyze live MPEG-2 and DVB transport streams
JVC Professional (Stand E16) is launching its new range of 4KCAM products at the show, including three new handheld camcorders and a remote head camera system
Roland (Stand D16) will present the UK debut of its live sound digital mixing console, the M-5000
Shadowcam (Stand E23) will show the ShadowCam S-5, the world's first hand-held digital camera stabiliser for DSLR and high-end pro series cinema cameras such as the Canon C-series, Red Epic and BlackMagic Design
Aspen Media (Stand L30) will present the UK launch of Salzbrenner's POLARIS evolution, arguably the most tactile and adaptable network mixing console for Broadcast, OBs, Live Events and Theatres
FOR-A (Stand M30) will show the mid-sized HVS-2000 vision mixer for the first time in the UK
Clear-Com (Stand C20) will be exhibiting a variety of new solutions for the first time in the UK, including the LQ Series of Intercom Connectivity (ICON) devices, the Freespeak II wireless intercom system and the IP-capable Eclipse HX v8.0 matrix intercom software
Prokit (Stand D34) will present five brands new to the UK ORCA Bags, Defy, ZYLIGHT, SmallHD and Hexolux.
