Sennheiser Shows New Headsets at Call Centre Expo

On show will be the Sennheisers multi-award winning DW Series of wireless headsets offering integration with UC telephony solutions such as Microsoft Lync. The DW series provides the perfect solution for call centre agents needing mobility, allowing them to answer and participate in calls on their desk phone or soft phone when moving around the office.

For call centres requiring wired headsets Sennheiser is demonstrating the Culture series of headsets designed to provide a cost-effective solution for UC deployment applications, from a range of UC solution providers including IBM, Aastra, Siemens, Cisco and Avaya. In common with other series in the Sennheiser business headset range, the Culture series is also available optimised for use with Microsofts Lync UC solution.

Sennheisers is also exhibiting the Circle headset series featuring a noise cancelling microphone to ensure agent dialog always comes through loud and clear. To make the noise cancelling function of the Circle headsets as effective as possible, they feature an advanced microphone mounted on a long boom. This places the microphone close to the mouth and thus takes maximum advantage of the direction and proximity of the voice.
