The 46th Annual Sports Emmy Nominations are out, and ESPN once again topped all media groups with 63 nods, marking the 12th straight year it has led the industry.

ESPN was followed by NBCUniversal (48), FOX Sports (31), the NFL (22), Prime Video (21), CBS Sports (21), TNT Sports (20), Netflix (9), HBO/Max (8), UFC (6), MLB Network (3), and Roku (3).

Announced Tuesday by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS), the nominees from the 47 categories will gather for the ceremony on Tuesday, May 20 at Jazz at Lincoln Center's Frederick P. Rose Hall, Broadway at 60th St., New York City.

This year's Sports Emmy nominees have once again raised the bar in sports television, blending innovation and passion to deliver unforgettable moments, says Adam Sharp, president/CEO, NATAS. From their groundbreaking technical achievements to their excellence in the timeless art of live-sports drama and documentary storytelling, we look forward to honoring these extraordinary professionals' contributions.

ESPN's nominated work aired on ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN , ABC, ESPN Deportes, ESPNEWS, ESPNU, SEC Network, the ESPN App, ESPN.com and Disney . The 63 nods include four for E60, six for college-football programming, five for NFL programing, and six for ESPN Deportes.

NBCUniversal's 48 Sports nominations (for shows airing on NBC, Peacock, USA Network, CNBC, E!, NBCOlympics.com, Telemundo, Universo, Golf Channel) represent the broadcaster's most since 2013 (58). Highlighted by 27 for the Games of the XXXIII Olympiad, the nominations include 10 for SNF, nine for Telemundo, two for Golf Channel, two for Peacock, and one for NBCOlympics.com.

FOX's 31 nods included 10 for FOX NFL (including Super Bowl LIX), seven for FOX MLB, and three for FOX Sports' state-of-the-art Soccer Palace for UEFA Euro 2024 and CONMEBOL Copa Am rica 2024. In addition, FOX Sports founding President and Emmy Award-winning sports producer David Hill will be presented with Lifetime Achievement honors at the ceremony.

The NFL earned 22 nominations across NFL Network, NFL Films, and the league office, including two nominations for Hard Knocks.

Prime Video was nominated for an all-time-best 21 times across 17 categories, including 12 nods for Thursday Night Football.

CBS Sports' 21 nominations include nods for the NFL on CBS, college football on CBS, The Masters, NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament, and UEFA Champions League.

TNT Sports received 20 nominations, led primarily by its NBA on TNT, NHL on TNT, and NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament coverage.
