The nominations are in for the 2015 South African Film and Television Awards. Announced at a star-studded ceremony in Johannesburg, the awards celebrate talent and excellence in the South African film and television industry.
Bonang Matheba was nominated for Best Presenter for Clash Of The Choirs, alongside Phat Joe, Lungile Radu, Thembi Seete, Masechaba Lekalake and Vusi Zion. Masasa Mbangeni, Kgomotso Christopher, and Nthati Moshesh were nominated alongside Lillian Dube, Mary Thwala and Tsholo Monedi for Best Lead Actress for their roles in Skwizas. Brenda Ngxoli also scored her second SAFTA nomination for Best Supporting Actress in Mzansi Magic's Rockville, while Khanyi Mbau's Katch It With Khanyi was nominated for Best TV Talks show, while Late Night News With Loyiso Gola is leading in the TV Comedy Category.
