Juan Gutierrez, Senior Manager, Video & Digital Production for MountainStar Sports Group which owns both the El Paso Chihuahuas, the Triple-A affiliate of the San Diego Padres and El Paso Locomotive, a professional soccer team in the USL shares with you how he and his team completely reimagined their video backbone to meet their tremendous workload, produce elite video at scale, and put themselves in a position for a successful 2019. Joined by Robert Gilkes, Product Manager at Sony Electronics in a conversation with Brandon Costa, Director of Digital at Sports Video Group, these three gentlemen will break down the process of centralizing one's video workflow, what the key things Gutierrez learned along the way, what the pain points were, and offer advice for how you can deliver this infrastructure to your organization.
