A preview of the film The Somni will be presented at the Festival de Cine de San Sebasti n El innovador proyecto audiovisual de El Celler de Can Roca y Mediapro, dirigido por Franc Aleu, clausurar el Culinary Zinema.
Un avance del innovador largometraje documental El somni ser el encargado de clausurar la secci n Culinary del Festival de Cine de San Sebasti n. La pel cula, un proyecto de los hermanos Roca (El Celler de Can Roca) y Mediapro dirigida por el artista audiovisual Franc Aleu, est basada en la experiencia de la singular cena celebrada en Barcelona, una ciudad en constante evoluci n y comprometida en el impulso de las nuevas tendencias que ha impulsado decididamente este proyecto.
La pieza que se presentar en el Festival de cine de San Sebasti n mostrar un peque o adelanto de la singular pel cula que es El somni, el proceso creativo de m s de 40 artistas que culminaron alrededor de una mesa para ofrecer una pera en 12 platos dirigida por Franc Aleu y con las creaciones gastron micas de los hermanos Roca. Aleu (Premio Nacional de Cultura de la Generalitat de Catalunya) destacado renovador de la pera contempor nea, propone al espectador vivir una experiencia in dita a trav s de un espect culo multiformato.
La pel cula articula lenguajes propios del cine documental, combinados con losrecursos narrativos del cine de ensayo, de ficci n y animaci n. Por primera vez las creaciones de m sicos, poetas, pintores, compositores, cantantes, creadores audiovisuales de todo el mundo, confluyen alrededor de una cena en la que se unen arte y gastronom a. El somni rompe todos los l mites de las disciplinas art sticas, el espacio y los conceptos para dejar paso a una boda entre la opera y la gastronom a, con el arte y el pensamiento como motor del proyecto.
La cena reuni a doce comensales, de or genes muy diversos y cada uno excelente en su mbito. Tienen como factor en com n: la curiosidad por experimentar, por ir m s all de los l mites de los sentidos.

Adem s de los invitados a la cena, El somni cuenta con la participaci n de reconocidos artistas como Zubin Mehta, Silvia P rez Cruz, Albert Guinovart, Claudia Schneider, Albert Pla entre otros.
La presentaci n de El somni tendr lugar el pr ximo 27 de septiembre, como clausura de la secci n Culinary del Festival de cine de San Sebasti n, y contar con laasistencia de los hermanos Joan, Jordi y Josep de El Celler de Can Roca, proclamado el mejor restaurante del mundo.
