Xiangshan Damu Bay to build its first distribution center

Recently, project proposal for Bishuixianglin City Plaza has completed, which marks that this project is officially launched. This is the first distribution center in Xiangshan Damu Bay as well as an important city supporting project and will be started constructing in February, 2017.

Zheng Danyang, principal of Management Committee of Damu Bay, said: Lying in the west of Damu Bay New City Services Complex (entrance of Tian'an Road), this city plaza is the first cushion space to enter the new city. This project plays a multi-role of city square, traffic distribution and life supporting service from such two aspects as traffic and accommodation. This project occupies an area of 55mu and a total construction area of 65,000 square meters, covering city plaza, bus station, supermarket, market, hotel, community housing and stylistic occupancy etc., with the total investment of 300,000,000 yuan, and is expected to be put into use in January, 2020.

It is learnt that Damu Bay New City has finished its education supporting construction from kindergarten to primary and secondary schools. Damu Bay Experimental School and Kindergarten will be officially opened in September, 2016 with over 600 students in total registering for these two schools. Incorporating commerce, tourism and recreation, Water Bay Central Square will come into service partially. Living facilities in central area is perfected with little market, restaurant, laundry, barbershop and expressage.
