Grass Valley Demonstrates its Powerful EDIUS Pro 7 Editing Software at Japan's CP+ 2015 Show
MONTREAL, February 9, 2015 Grass Valley, a Belden Brand, will demonstrate its EDIUS Pro 7 multiformat nonlinear editing software at this years CP+ 2015 Camera & Photo Imaging Show to be held February 12 15 at the Pacifico Yokohama Convention Center in Yokohama, Japan. EDIUS Pro 7 is the fastest and most versatile real-time editing software 4K, 3D, HD, SD and almost any format from 24x24 to 4Kx2K, all on the same timeline. Grass Valley will be exhibiting EDIUS Pro 7 and the EDIUS Turnkey system on a pod in the Video Area for Professionals.
Grass Valleys EDIUS Pro 7 is exceptional at handling multiple formats, even 4K workflows, with native format playback and superb real-time performance, said Andrew Thornton, vice president, Asia Pacific, Grass Valley. Users of version 7 are able to take advantage of a full set of features that add up to increased productivity and creativity for both content producers and editors.
EDIUS Pro 7 is open to third-party hardware from Blackmagic Design, Matrox and AJA Video Systems. EDIUS Pro 7 also supports AAF project import/export color correction interchange with DaVinci Resolve for a new color grading workflow. This opens new doors for EDIUS users by giving them the flexibility to integrate into a wide variety of environments with one editing interface.
EDIUS Pro 7 will also be showcased at the EOS hands-on area at Canon Inc./Canon Marketing Japan Inc.s booth, G-02.
Grass Valley is continuing its popular EDIUS Pro 7 promotion with Canon in Japan. For a limited time, anyone who purchases a Canon EOS C100 Mark II, EOS C100, EOS-1D C, or XF205 camera between March 1st, 2014 and March 31st, 2016 is eligible for a full, free copy of EDIUS Pro 7.
CP+ 2015 is one of Japans key networking venues in the areas of camera technology and photo imaging; it features a robust lineup with hundreds of exhibitors, as well as lectures, discussions and marketing seminars.
