Snapshots Effect Plugin Released for Final Cut Pro X

XEffects Snapshots is a plugin for Final Cut Pro X that automatically freezes video, inserts it into a frame and positions it onto a background in 3D space. Applying Snapshots to footage adds an instant level of professional design and class. The user can display a single image for impact or string a succession of Snapshots together to make a montage or title sequence.

Snapshots makes it easy to:

Construct a broadcast title sequence or enliven end credits

Punctuate a corporate video with product shots

Introduce a speaker on screen

Build a wedding, family or product slide show

Snapshots was designed to be very easy and quick to use. The user can razor blade footage at the point where the freeze is desired, choose a frame, add text if wanted, choose a background, and set the beginning and start points in 3D by using the onscreen controls.

Snapshots comes with over a 100 sample templates that can be drag & dropped onto footage. Templates can be used out of the box, adjusted, or the user can custom design the effect using over 60 hand designed frames and 38 backgrounds.
