A new action comedy film is in the works with Husbands in Action, featuring a daring rescue mission to save a woman from the clutches of a dangerous criminal organization. The twist? Her ex-husband Chung-sik and current husband Min-seok must team up to pull it off!

Fresh from his recent comedy hit 6/45, Director Park Gyu-tae infuses his signature wit and humor into Husbands in Action - capturing the struggle and hilarity as the two men join forces in an unlikely partnership to rescue their wife.

The versatile and talented Jin Sun-kyu (Uprising, The Uncanny Counter Season 2: Counter Punch) steps into the role of Chung-sik, a dedicated and workaholic Drug Squad detective. Just as he captures a notorious drug gang leader he's been investigating for years, he learns that his ex-wife Si-nae has been kidnapped, launching him into the unexpected rescue mission. Alongside him is celebrated actor Gong Myoung (Way Back Love, Citizen of a Kind) as Min-seok, the current husband who works as a veterinarian. Despite his mild-mannered and gentle nature, he's determined to save his wife by teaming up with her ex. After their hilarious performance in the hit film Extreme Job, audiences have much to anticipate from Jin Sun-kyu and Gong Myoung in this upcoming comedy.

Kim Ji-suk (Recruit Season 2, When the Camellia Blooms) portrays Do-joon, the tech-savvy leader of the new drug gang. Meanwhile, Yoon Kyung-ho (The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call) delivers a fresh performance as Yong-gang, a rival gang leader determined to reclaim his lost territory. Kang Hanna (About Family, Start-Up) shines as Si-nae, the kidnapped woman who refuses to be a mere damsel in distress, using her wits to fight back against her captors. Adding to the mix is Lee Da-hee (Single's Inferno, The Divorce Insurance), who transforms into Hye-ran, a key player in the drug world and Do-joon's wife, showcasing her dynamic acting range.

Produced by TPS Company, renowned for pushing boundaries with films like 6/45, Hard Hit, SEOBOK, and Fabricated City, Husbands in Action promises a rollercoaster of quick-witted exchanges and comedic thrills.
