Traffic / Production Manager Johannesburg

Are you highly organised, passionate about planning, digitally adept and looking for a great role to showcase your traffic and production skills? Our growing agency requires your proven expertise to form the essential link between studio, account services and clients. You will be the backbone of the studio, expertly handling the trafficking and production management of all jobs from start to finish, as well as playing an active role in the daily administration of the office.

Duties include creating project schedules, maintaining job bags, assigning tasks via our project management system, tracking and monitoring progress, and conducting traffic meetings. Excellent organisational skills, the ability to multi-task, an eye for detail and strong problem solving and negotiation skills are required.

You will also need to source, manage and negotiate with new and existing suppliers for the production of items such as sales collateral and gifting as well as the management of stand builders, student promoters and freelancers.

Academic Qualifications:

Grade 12

Some form of tertiary qualification advantageous

A high level of energy is required as the position is diversified and requires both mental and physical alertness

Co-operative attitude with good interpersonal skills to deal with various personalities within the agency

A positive can-do attitude is essential!
