humble Signs Director David Rosenbaum

humble today announced that David Rosenbaum has joined its directorial roster. Rosenbaum is an acclaimed director known for his technical savvy and adept skill at blending live action and CG. He joins humble from Caviar, where he wrote and directed sci-fi short film The Trails End which recently premiered at the prestigious LA Shorts Fest.

David is an incredibly talented director, artist, and storyteller who has left his mark on everything from Oscar-winning films to stunning commercials, commented humble executive producer Ned Brown. He is a stellar addition to our roster and we look forward to seeing his upcoming projects.

Rosenbaum began his career at Academy Award -winning digital production studio Digital Domain, honing his eye for sleek visuals as an art director under David Fincher, Joseph Kosinski, Carl Rinsch, and others. During his tenure at Digital Domain, Rosenbaum went on to excel both at commercial directing, helming the multi-award-winning spot Biomorph for Nike, and at complex effects work, serving as a lead previsualization artist on features like Tron: Legacyand The Curious Case of Benjamin Button as well as commercials and game trailers. He has worked with leading brands from Sprint to Cisco, and has been named an up-and-coming director by both Shoot and Promax/BDA.

Leveraging his experience in digital production, Rosenbaum is currently shooting live action stereoscopic 3D content for upcoming virtual reality projects aimed at 360 VR headsets such as the Oculus Rift and Samsung Gear VR.
