La industria de Media est viviendo una transformaci n tecnol gica apasionante y sin precedentes. Los nuevos flujos UHD y HDR han llegado para quedarse y son ya una realidad. Las arquitecturas deben ser cada vez m s racionales y sostenibles. Las nuevas tecnolog as aparecen cada vez con m s velocidad y las curvas de aprendizaje se acortan.
Aicox and Harmonic han conseguido estar en la cresta de la ola tecnol gica, y en las jornadas BIT Experience 2017, que tendr n lugar en Feria de Madrid los pr ximos d as 4 y 5 de octubre, presentar n la plataforma VOS. A lo largo de un workshop (d a 4 a las 12 horas) se demostrar c mo esta plataforma permite flujos de trabajo de
ingesta, gr ficos, play-out, codificaci n, encriptaci n y distribuci n.
Adem s, Rub n Sevillano G mez, director de ventas para Iberia en Harmonic, conversar con los profesionales que acudan sobre las posibilidades que ofrecen herramientas de monetizaci n como DAI y herramientas de optimizaci n de codificaci n como HEVC y Eye-Q que garantizan la sostenibilidad de las soluciones de Harmonic unificando funcionalidades y proporcionando grandes ahorros en la cadena de almacenamiento y CDN de hasta el 60% con tecnolog as standard en el mercado. En la banda base, Spectrum-X o MediaGrid ya son referentes en entornos UHD.

A la misma hora en otro workshop, Antonio Le n Carpio, CEO de Etiqmedia, expondr de la mano de Aicox las ventajas de las t cnicas de catalogaci n y subtitulaci n supervisadas mediante procesamiento autom tico de audio, v deo y texto.
El audio y el v deo valen tanto como la facilidad del usuario para encontrarlo, y debemos hacer que el contenido sea accesible para todos los usuarios. Las nuevas tecnolog as nos permiten catalogar de forma m s r pida y eficaz la informaci n, apoy ndonos en tecnolog as como ASR (reconocimiento autom tico del habla), OCR (detecci n de texto en pantalla), segmentaci n e identificaci n de los planos y escenas de un video, detecci n y reconocimiento de caras o de logos, sincronizaci n de audio y subt tulo, incluso el procesamiento del lenguaje natural. Todo ello optimizando la experiencia del usuario con interfaces sencillas e intuitivas que muestran toda la informaci n.
